The eSIM QR code is unique and can only be used once. It is tied to a specific device and cannot be transferred to a new device. In case you have lost or changed your phone, or if you have reset it, you will need a new eSIM Line.
Starting from 1/1/2024, Keepgo now supports the transfer of eSIM to a new device. We offer a new eSIM in the same bundle plan and with the same data balance. For more information on how to get new eSIM and transfer to a new device, please contact our support team.
Please note that
** eSIM line which was deactivated with 0 balance or had under 100MB will not be support to transfer to new line.
*** when you changed your device and got a new eSIM from Keepgo, it's considered a brand new eSIM line with a new transaction history. You will have the same amount of data as your previous line; however, the previous transaction will not be transferred over to the new line.
