My hotspot was working when being tested before but it is not connected now. What should I do?

The first thing that is helpful to do is reset the hotspot. Hold down both the WPS and Power buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds and give it a try. If there still will be an issue, check the APN settings via the web interface of the hotspot.

With the Hotspot device turned on connect to the hotspot's Wi-Fi via any WiFi-enabled device(e.g Laptop or phone) and open the links:
http://mobile.hotspot or http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://mw41.home/index.html (for Alcatel hotspot) or http://tplinkmifi.net (for TP-Link devices) in your browser.

Here is the default login detail for the web interface of the Hotspots: username and password is admin.

Go to Settings> Profile Management
Edit current profile or create a new one and then in the input fields:

Name: Keepgo
APN: internet.keepgo.com
Dial Number: *99#
Auth (Protocol): NONE
Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank

Save settings, and set the new APN as default, reboot the device, and start surfing the internet.
