This usually means that your device isn’t connected to a compatible Keepgo mobile network. Don’t panic just follow the steps below to fix it:
📱 iOS (iPhone/iPad)
- Go to Device Settings
 - Tap Cellular or Mobile Data or Mobile Service
 - Select your eSIM/SIM line
 - Click Network Selection
 - Turn off Automatic selection
 - Manually select a network compatible with your eSIM

Once a network is selected, check if your internet is working.

- Go to Settings
 - Tap Connections or Network & Internet
 - Select Mobile Networks
 - Choose your eSIM/SIM
 - Tap Network Operators
 - Turn off Automatic selection
 - Manually choose a compatible network
