Currently IOS devices require WPA2 or higher security types.
You can set your Keepgo hotspot to WPA2 via the web interface of the router. Please connect to the hotspot via any WiFi enabled device, open a browser and enter http://mobile.hotspot, http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar. Default username and password is “admin”.
On the main menu of the web interface find Settings (green tab)> WiFi Settings> WiFi Security> set it to WPA2 PSK. Then set the Cipher type to AES and save settings.
Connect to the device via WiFi using the Password/WiFi Key which is printed on the back side of the device or on the sticker under the cover.
