In order to better manage your cellular plans and avoid confusion, we suggest to change/ edit the names after installation. In case you have multiple lines and don't know which is which, please make sure you turn the questioned eSIM ON then follow the steps below.
For iPhone:
- Open your Settings.
- Navigate to General and tap on About.
- You might need to scroll down to find the ICCID of the Keepgo eSIM.
For Android:
- Open your Apps list and access Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select About phone.
- Tap on SIM Status, labeled as "Phone Identity" on certain phones.
- Access IMEI Information.
- Your SIM/eSIM number will be displayed as either the "IMSI" number or the "ICCID" number.
- View the ICCID
