How To Refresh Your Keepgo eSIM When Facing Connection Issues

1. General Checklist

  • Ensure you’re in a coverage country for your eSIM and you have turned ON the right eSIM.

2. For Android Devices

  1. Go to APN(Access point name) settings > Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the APN settings for more options > Click Reset to Default.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Set eSIM as your Mobile Data Plan, turn on Mobile Data & Data Roaming.
  4. Confirm if the APN is written correctly (refer to the APN guide below).
  5. Turn off Automatic Network Selection and manually select different Keepgo networks available in your location to find the best one.
  6. Toggle Preferred Network Type from 5G to 4G/LTE, then turn OFF Wi-Fi and test the connection again.

3. For iOS Devices

  1. Reset APN: Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Select your eSIM > Click Cellular Data Network > In your APN setting, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Reset Settings(use the image below as reference).
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Set eSIM as your Mobile Data Plan, turn on Mobile Data & Data Roaming.
  4. Confirm if the APN is written correctly (refer to the APN guide below).
  5. Turn off Automatic Network Selection and manually select different Keepgo networks available in your location to find the best one.
  6. Toggle Preferred Network Type from 5G to 4G/LTE, then turn OFF Wi-Fi and test the connection again.

  • Eridanus, Tucana, Corvus, Cygnus, Hydrus: plus
  • Perseus: smartone
  • Auriga: orange.fr
  • Cassiopeia: smartone
