If your auto-refill payment is refused, please make sure that your payment information is correct.
Other common issues we have detected are:
- Expired or cancelled payment method
- Insufficient credit
- Bill protection allowance is less than the Auto-refill amount
If all required information is updated correctly and your payment still gets refused, please contact your credit card company to get this sorted out. Your Auto-refill option (along with the Bill Protection option) will be automatically disabled and will have to be reactivated once the issue gets resolved.
